The situation

As the realities of a global pandemic set in, Sapphire Living were committed to continuing to provide top-notch care for their clients. It was important they could support clients’ physical and mental health during this especially worrying and sometimes lonely time. However, like so many care organisations, they found they didn’t have the digital capability to easily connect and care for clients.
