What Conpago does for an NDIS provider
Conpago is participant engagement, record capture and workflow software for registered NDIS providers in Australia. Support workers write shift notes and incident reports on their phones, participants and families raise requests and follow progress in their own app, and every record is timestamped, attributed and exportable. Conpago connects to your rostering and claims system through Conpago Alloy rather than replacing it.
Here is what that layer does that a rostering system does not.

Built for the work between the roster and the claim
The roster says who was where. Conpago holds what happened, what was raised and what the participant and their family were told.
Shift Notes
Complete at the point of capture: required fields, photos and timestamps on the worker's phone, so nothing is rewritten after the shift.
Incidents
The record is complete as the incident is logged, and the follow-up report goes to the Commission with days to spare, not hours.
Families
Informed without the phone call: consent-based sharing lets each participant choose what family or a guardian can see.
Every Home in One Queue
Open requests, incomplete records and stalled follow-ups across every SIL home and program, visible to the service manager in one dashboard.
Workflows NDIS providers already run, in Conpago.
Your processes, rebuilt in Workflow Studio with our team. Required fields, timers and escalations at every step, and every step on the record.
Shift Note
Support WorkersProgress against goals, the fields you require, photo evidence attached, written before the worker leaves the house.
Reportable Incident
ComplianceThe 24-hour notification and the five-business-day report tracked on timers, with the manager alerted before a deadline is at risk.
Feedback and Complaints
ComplianceLodged by a participant, family member or worker, moved through timed stages, with the complete history ready if the Commission asks.
Participant Request
ParticipantsTransport, a support change, a repair in a SIL home. Triaged to the right team on accept, status flowing back to the participant.
NDIS Commission notification timeframes verified September 2026.

Reportable incidents filed in two days, not five
Conscious Care Group runs 24/7 disability support across multiple homes, with 237 support workers writing shift notes, travel logs and incident reports on their phones. A registered NDIS provider owes the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission a detailed report within five business days of a reportable incident, and it used to take every one of them: the detail was scattered across Google Drive documents. Now the record is complete as the incident is logged, and the report goes in with three days to spare.
“It's freed up a lot of time for our support workers to actually focus more on supporting our participants.”

01
How long does it take?
A pilot home first, then a staged rollout, launched in person with your support workers. The full timeline is in the questions below.
02
Do we have to replace our rostering or claims system?
No. Your rostering system stays the source of truth and Conpago connects to it through Conpago Alloy. More in the questions below.
03
Will it stand up in an audit?
Every record is timestamped, attributed and exportable. How that meets the Practice Standards is in the questions below.
How NDIS teams use Conpago, day to day
One record, three seats at it.
The support worker
Opens the shift, writes the note against the participant's goals, attaches a photo of the completed task, and the record is filed before the next visit.
The participant
Raises a transport request from the couch, sees it move to in progress, and nobody has to ring the office to ask where it is up to.
The service manager
Sees every open request, every incomplete note and every incident follow-up across all homes and programs in one queue, and exports the evidence when an auditor asks.
Your rostering system stays the source of truth
Conpago Alloy moves information both ways, so nobody re-keys a participant, a shift or a status.
Pre-built connectors
AlayaCare, TurnPoint, Salesforce and Dynamics 365, with custom connectors scoped for each customer.
Two-way flow
A request raised in Conpago lands in the system that owns it; the status comes back to the participant automatically.
No double entry
Participant details live once. Notes, incidents and requests attach to that record in Conpago without a second keyboard.

Discovery
Conpago maps your current process with your team before anything is configured.

Staged rollout across your portfolio, with an in-person launch at each site.
Advanced
Your team adjusts workflows and adds integrations, backed by online and on-site training and an Australian-based support team.
Questions NDIS operators ask
Straight answers, and a person if you'd rather ask one.
No. Conpago is not a rostering or claims system and does not submit payment requests. It connects to the system that does, such as AlayaCare or TurnPoint, through Conpago Alloy, so shifts and funding stay where they are and the notes, incidents, requests and family communication attach to the same participant record without re-keying.
Conpago records who created, changed and viewed every note, incident and request, with a timestamp on each step, and lets you filter and export that history when an approved quality auditor asks. Required fields keep records complete and consistent across homes, and access is role-based. The provider remains responsible for its own compliance; Conpago makes the evidence complete and retrievable.
Yes. Support workers use the Conpago app on the phone they already carry, with the forms your organisation already uses. Conscious Care Group has 237 support workers writing shift notes, travel logs and incident reports this way across multiple homes, 24 hours a day. Onboarding runs with the Conpago team on site, one on one where it is needed.
Yes. Staff sign in with your organisation's existing identity provider, access is role-based per team, and Conpago is ISO 27001 certified with every record hosted onshore in Australia and covered by the Privacy Act 1988.
Whatever the participant consents to share. A participant raises requests, sees their schedule and follows progress in an app designed for people with low digital confidence, with large type and short paths. Consent-based sharing lets a family member or guardian follow the same requests and updates, while the participant stays in control of what is visible.
Bring your hardest incident form.
However many fields, timers and sign-offs it has, bring it to a demo and we'll show it captured on a worker's phone, escalated on a timer and reported at the end.
